Christian Apologist Greg Bahnsen and atheist Gordon Stien, in 1985, engaged a formal debate on the question, does God exist? This debate is an excellent example of the use of presuppositional apologetics. You can get both the audio and the transcript of the debate here. I would suggest that you print out the transcript of the debate so that you can more closely follow Bahnsen’s argument; it is masterful.
